I am currently a third year student studying corporate communication and advertising at Baylor University. I am highly motivated with desire to take on new challenges. Strong work ethic, adaptability, and exceptional interpersonal skills. Hardworking employee with customer service, multitasking and time management abilities. My coursework has challenged me to analyze complex ideas, present information clearly and confidently and engage throughtfully with diverse perspectives.

I have gained work experience that focuses on time managemnt, customer service, and leadership skills while working two jobs in college. As a hostess I resolved guest concerns by listening, offering solutions, and coordinating with staff to ensure positive experience. I used my strong communication skills to clearly communicated with customers, providing realistic updates, and alternatives by organizing seating arrangements and balancing capacity. I also prevented team miscommunication by relaying information between kitchen and service staff. Working as a head volleyball coach I also gained experience in leadership, organization, and problem solving. As a head coach I Mentored 14U athletes by fostering a supportive environment built on active listening, empathy, and constructive feedback. I also organized team schedules and meetings to ensure smooth planning and effective communication with players and parents.

I hope to take these skills that I have gained to inspire and impact others in a positive way. I am a sports and fitness lover who above all believes happiness comes from one another. I am motivated by a desire to keep learning and do well in all that I do. Age quod agis- Do well what you do.
